  • How do I place an order?

    Pop along to our ‘Shop’ and browse our selection of delicious chocolates or baked treats. Simply click on the product, add to your basket and ‘checkout’. You can pay by all major debit and credit cards or use PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Your delivery cost will depend on how much you order! The postage cost is determined on the weight of your parcel. Your delivery cost will automatically be added to your basket when you come to checkout. All our goodies are posted using Royal Mail 1st class delivery.

  • How long does the order take?

    All our chocolates are made to order. We aim to have your chocolates or bakery items made and posted out to you within 5 working days of the order being placed.

  • Can I collect my order?

    Of course! We offer a collection service from The Shepherds Hut at Higher Oak Farm. This is located in Lymm, Cheshire. The shop is self-service. Once you have chosen your items, please choose ‘collection’ at the checkout. One of our team will then be in touch to confirm a collection date with you. On the day of collection, you will be sent a collection code to pop into the machine to get your order, it’s super simple and quick!

  • How long do the chocolates last?

    Our products have a range of use-by dates. Anything that is pure chocolate lasts for up to 6 months if stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Anything that isn’t plain chocolate will have a shelf life of 6 weeks.

  • How long do the baked products last?

    The sooner the baking is eaten, the better! Our baked treats do keep for up to 1 week in an air-tight container. But let’s be honest, who’s waiting a week to eat them! Also, our baked items are also perfect for freezing. Ensure that they are fully defrosted before eating them.

  • My chocolates have arrived broken, what do I do?

    Since chocolates are perishable items we can only accept returns and issue refunds for orders that arrive broken. If this is the case, we need photographic evidence of the damage to the outer postal box and of the damage to the actual product. This must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, you need to return the item to us in its original packaging. Get in touch with us to arrange a return.
