Visit Oaks Artisan at Higher Oak Farm, Lymm

A unique way to shop fresh, local food

Set in the countryside of Lymm, Cheshire, Oaks Artisan is based at Higher Oak Farm, our family-run farm where everything we create begins. From fresh eggs laid on the farm to honey from our own hives, we use our ingredients to produce a range of handmade artisan food from our on-site kitchen and bakery.

Fresh produce from the farm

At Higher Oak Farm, everything begins with our own produce. We rear pasture-raised hens, with eggs collected fresh each day to ensure exceptional quality, and harvest honey from our own beehives, set among wildflower surroundings on the farm.

Our honey is gathered seasonally, offering a naturally sweet flavour that reflects the landscape around us.

Handmade in our farm kitchen and bakery

From our on-site kitchen at Higher Oak Farm, we create our Oaks Artisan range using carefully sourced ingredients alongside produce from the farm.

Our artisan chocolates are made in small batches using high-quality Belgian milk, white and dark chocolate, allowing us to explore flavour and create unique collections.

In our bakery, everything is made fresh by hand, from brownies and blondies to cookies and loaf cakes, with a focus on consistency, quality and simple, well-balanced ingredients.
